Hanging fixtures is the easy part. Energy codes now require occupancy sensing, daylight zones, automatic shutoff and, in many buildings, networked controls. Those systems have to be programmed and functionally tested before an inspector will sign off.
We install the lighting and the controls together, program them to the sequence of operations, and document the functional testing. On retrofits we phase the work around your occupants so the building keeps running.
