Can you modify an existing building fire alarm system for a tenant space?
Yes. Tenant modifications are the most common fire alarm work we carry: relocating and adding devices and tying them into the base-building panel, coordinated with the building’s fire alarm vendor where required.
Who handles the fire alarm inspection?
We coordinate the acceptance test and the AHJ inspection as part of our scope, so the fire alarm does not hold up your certificate of occupancy.
