Tenant Fit-Outs That Open on Time.

Power, lighting, controls and low voltage for commercial tenant improvements, from a single suite to a national rollout, run by our own project managers and crews.

Tenant Improvement & Fit-Out

The Schedule Is the Scope.

A tenant improvement lives or dies on its turnover date. Electrical has to be roughed before the walls close, trimmed before the ceiling grid is finished, and inspected before the landlord and the tenant can move. Every day electrical slips is a day every trade behind it slips too.

We price TI work from the drawings and the brand standards, build a manpower plan against your schedule, and assign a project manager who owns it from submittals to final inspection. Labor, material and billing are tracked against the estimate as the job runs, so you know where it stands without chasing us.

Scope

What We Install

Full electrical and low-voltage scope under one contract, so there is one point of accountability for the space.

  • 03

    Demolition and make-safe

Identifying, disconnecting and removing existing systems without disturbing live tenants around you.

  • 04

    Equipment connections

HVAC, kitchen, signage, display and specialty equipment connected to the equipment schedule.

  • 05

Device relocation and additions coordinated with the base-building system.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you work for general contractors or directly for tenants?

Both. Most of our TI work is under a general contractor or construction manager, and we also contract directly with tenants and landlords.

Can you run several store openings at the same time?

Yes. We run multi-site programs with crews in NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD and CT, and we travel nationally for program work.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We file electrical permits, coordinate inspections with the local authority, and close them out as part of our scope.
